Eclipse Cloud provides referral accounts with unique share codes, a referral dashboard, reward-status records, payout requests, and an administrator review queue. Seven-day qualification is not currently scheduled automatically, and approved rewards are paid outside Eclipse Cloud rather than through an integrated PayPal Payouts API.
